I do not enjoy going to the dentist! (Honestly, who does?) but Dr.Harris and his team are absolutely wonderful! I’ve had 4 fillings done there in the last month and I was so nervous but Jen did a great job of relaxing me and they frequently checked to make sure I was okay throughout the whole procedure! I highly recommend them! Dr. Harris is funny and kind and you can tell he truly cares for his patients and his staff!!! 🙂 My husband and our 5 year old son also get their teeth cleaned here and love it as well!

Staff and services were great! They all did a great job and explained what was happening without causing alarm.
The medical record sheet on the other hand could be improved. The space for responses to medications and surgical procedures are not big enough. They should either give more space or allow you to write on the back side of the sheet.
The receptionist was very understanding, and said I could bring a list of each to my next appointment and she would just scan them in to my records.
This will be much less stressful for me and more accurate as I have all this information recorded in a file at home.

"My son was up all night with a throbbing toothache and I had called several dentists in my area (Lower Cape) and all of them said they weren't taking new patients. I gave Harris & Ringler a try and they were able to see my son that day even though he wasn't a current patient. This was on a Saturday and it is rare for a dental office to be open, especially after noontime. My son has a pretty bad fear of the dentist and actually fainted the last time we had gone to another place. The staff at Harris & Ringler made my son feel very safe and well taken care of. My only concern is, at my last visit, Paul didn't sing along with the songs on his radio like he normally would. I have to give some credit to his hygienist for at least humming along to the music.
