Financing Your Care

At Harris & Ringler Dental, our goal is to offer high-quality care with as many options possible for you to plan and pay for your treatment. We accept cash payments as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept most dental insurance plans and will gladly work with them to process your claim. If you don’t have insurance or wish to finance your care another way, please see below for additional payment options.

Please note that payment is due at the time of service and that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

No Insurance? No Problem! We are now offering a Dental Savings Plan as a convenient, simple, and affordable option for those who don’t have dental insurance. For full information on the Plan and how it might benefit you, click here.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
